Read the critical review before you even install the app

Glad to know i’m not the only one who were accused on doing fraudulent and illegal activities. I dont know what kind of system is behind the verification process but we all know it didnt work well for the company.

The customer service failed to provide proper clarifications on why I cant register to use this services. One of them even used unnecessary capital letter on certain words like FINAL DECISION and NOT APPROVED in the replying email which shows enough that they had their own problems justifying whats happening and try to point out that this happened because of the user’s fault.

Overall, install the app at your own risk. Dont have high hopes that you will get approved. It’s only been a few days of 2023 but this app is qualified to be the worst app of the year.

Disturbing customer service

Bad experience right after the purchase , they called and ask for unnecessary information as all information is already provided during the sign up session. If u don’t trust the customer, don’t approve lah, why approve already still ask this ask that. No money to see ctos is it? Sometimes when login something will glitch and failed. The IT department is not doing well I guess. Besides, having when signing up failed as well! After fill up all the information, it failed for few times. After call the customer service only able to create account 🙃 what a great experience! Some more charged rm108 for admin fees with this kind of quality. Hope the myiou team improve your customer experience quality and tech.

Useless

Registered for weeks and haven’t approve. In the app doesn’t even reflect that u haven’t been approve yet and shows that u have a limit of rm1000. What’s the bloody point then? When the user thinks they have 1000 credit available and then when they arrive at a merchant to scan the qr codes only to be shown the message in the app to call customer service to find out it hasn’t been approve. At least show a big red notice in the app stating ur account hasn’t been approve yet, also make it big enough ffs
