Convenient to buy ticket, need improvement on user experience
The apps is a bit difficult to navigate when used on iphone 14 pro max, as the buttons at the top of the page seems to be overlapping with the phone’s clock or battery display. This resulted in user unable to easily press certain interaction buttons at the top right/left corner (back or proceed as guest options). Please do something to fix this issue.
Please improve
Used the app for convenience and discounted tickets however, there are times I cannot purchase as the app does not pop up the bank’s website, or I purchased but tickets are not generated, or the points deducted but cannot be used as payment page failed to load or the app logs me out at random times when Im active on the app (often when I need to scan at the barrier and the app logged out so I had hold the queue to log in!)
Back button doesn't work on iphone 14.
Please do improve if you are promoting using the app for discounts.
App need serious improvement
I tried to purchase the ticket for the first time today. Each taps take few seconds to load. At the payment gateway, the screen buffer at the banking page and when i retry again, all of the banking page reject the transaction. Not really a good experience.
