No user friendly. When sign up. Straight jump to mobile ask for otp. When key in mobile number. Unable to send otp. Of cos l. Haven’t sign up how to get otp from mobile. When sign up. Got see register name etc but it straight got to mobile. Pls fix it

Unable to Connect to Pay
Tried paying using the app but the app kept giving me an error prompt and says my balance is RM0. Please rectify the error.
