Poor Parking Management
Very difficult to book parking in Quayside Mall. ParkEasy parking system is not well designed. After cars left the bays and exit the parking, the barriers are still down. Always unable to book parking in app and it shows no parking bays left. But in fact most of the bays are with barrier down and are not up after cars left.
