Flexi parking have all the function as other parking app and it even up to date with any recent added 2 hrs parking lot function. Not even once fail me. Keep up the good work.

One of the worst app experiences and architectures I’ve ever seen. Please develop an app that is actually meant for user, focused on solving problems, not just a syok sendiri showcase.Every time I open the app, it’s still hard to navigate. You’re never sure what’s a button until you actually try pressing it.Another major problem is retrieving receipts. Good luck with that. You have to select the MP, the daerah, and then set a date filter. Even then, if you’re lucky, you might find what you’re looking for. And if you can’t even remember which daerah you went to, it becomes impossible to find it. What kind of app structure is this? A university student could design a better architecture than whoever built this.

Any city council especially DBKL has one of the most tight law regarding parking. And when you want to reload your credit to pay parking, the app is buggy. So, you get the saman later. Y’all are a bunch of crooks. Just eating away people’s income for parking but barely enforce law on certain places being blocked off by vendors or restaurants, some roads are double parked and nobody from DBKL even bothering that. But if somebody parked at a quiet neighbourhood, ohhh lord, you have all the dirts coming for you. Nak selaraskan, selaras betul2. Buat app betul2. Tak pasal2 kena saman macam tak masuk akal.

Difficult to Register and Pay Saman

I’m really frustrated with this app. I’ve tried multiple times to register an account but it keeps failing. Either the system crashes, doesn’t recognize my details, or gives random errors. It makes it very difficult for people who just want to settle their saman quickly and conveniently. I hope the developers fix these registration issues soon because right now, it’s not user-friendly at all.
