QMS App allows you to have a much better experience when you are visiting a store.
Before you visit a store, you are able to check how busy is the store from your smartphone and make a informed decision for your visit. Instead of walking into a store and queuing to get your ticket, you can now get a virtual ticket from your smartphone when you are about to reach the store.
The virtual ticket is now on your smartphone. You can monitor the status of your ticket any time, anywhere. The app shows the estimated time when you will be called, allowing you to use your time more effectively while waiting for you turn. You are no longer restricted to wait in a designated waiting area.
When it is near to your turn, the app will generate an alert for you to get ready to proceed to the store. When your turn is up, the app will generate another alert and prompt you the information of the service personnel who will serve you. You can then proceed to the service personnel or the counter to get your service.
The app also allows you to rate your service experience, allowing the store to improve their service quality.

Aps not working at all
I have called Customer Service RHB bank & ask for an appointment. I have been calling RHB about one week and left phone number waiting for them to respond. Email also sent but on Friday at 5pm got called from RHB said any appointment need to install this apps. I installed it and to my disappointment, there is no service provider listed in this apps!! So frustrating! I called again RHB and the office hour already ended at 4:45pm on Friday! Why an earth RHB using this apps in arranging their appointments?? The apps is not helpful and not friendly at all. Come on banking owners, please be efficient in assisting your customers during this COVID19 pandemic.
I just don’t get it why they didn’t fix it even when people says they couldn’t use it. There isn’t even a button for making appointment! I tried so many times but there is no button! Couldn’t even select the AVAILABLE time. How am I going to make an appointment? I don’t think a lot of people succeeded in making appointments. Why they say the date isn’t available? Even if tried for next month does all the morning times full? Why make things so difficult? Your system makes thing harder you know?
I do take a ticket for the appointment at UTC. But somehow when I check my queue, my ticket disappear from the upcoming, when the staff checked it was at the history side and stated cancelled but I never cancel it. Not sure how this happen and the staff told me that this is normal for IPhone users. How this ridiculous could happen. I don’t even know is my queue still there or already been cancelled in their system.
