Parking receipt
Found the payment history in the apps however no idea on how to generate the statement and send to email. Sometimes people may need to for monthly claim purpose. Can this function be added in?

Hi kar sin. You may check the receipt by selecting the council, choosing the date at the top bar, and you can see the listed parking payment receipt. You may click on the receipt and send it to email. (kindly validate your email to receive email from the app: at settings - edit profile - validate email)
Notification for summon but not prompt to pay before actually getting summon 🤡
Forgot to pay for parking before going for lunch, was surprised to see a notification of summon being issued via the app, but what’s more useful is actually a notification to remind/check if we actually want to pay for parking. If this function is available, please blast a pop up window to let users know to turn on gps all the time for this app. Otherwise it feels like this app is helping council to earn RM10/30 instead of just 1-2 parking amount.
Used the app for parking but get compound ticket
I’m shocked that despite the availability of the app that allows us to easily pay our for our parking ticketless/coupon-less (which I have paid for my parking via the app), still I was issued a compound ticket just for not showing my ‘parking coupon’ on my car dashboard. That totally defeats the whole notion/purpose of the app itself. When trying to contact the relevant authority via its provided contact at the back of the compound ticket, can’t be reached/no one answered. Then how can one resolve this issue in a timely manner?
