KTMB Mobile 4+

Ktmb whole system is really unintelligent. There's some system and processes that are seperated between the apps and website. For example, I had a problem of applying for student concession card and "mistakenly" used the apps for renewal, but it turns out that it is only for komuter and not ETS. There is nothing in the app to indicate that it is only for komuter and not even a prior notice for how to reapply or even a message of expiry. Now you will have to wait several days for that to cancel so you can reapply for ETS student concessions. The customer service pointed out that it is included in the terms and service, but what kind of a dumb system that can't even simply inform you firsthand before you apply for the concessions? Bloody id*ot I tell you.

I couldn’t even search for the ticket I have to everytime go to the website to purchase the ticket. If I am using apps it keep on came out an error to search for the ticket and even after I have delete and re-download it back it is still the same. So the apps is actually not useful to me at all as I couldn’t even purchase the ticket from the apps it makes me have to do so many work to go to website to purchase ticket when there is an easy way by using the apps but what I got is that an error

This might come to as a surprise but KITS is actually not that bad, apply for concession is a breeze, only took a week, which is expected given KTM.. But the other thing I want to point out is that,topping up money cannot be easier, ewallet just a few clicks then added money, overall the system has improved dramatically. Timetable also need improvement because got wrong timing sometimes. I still cannot give it a 5 star, because there are few weird issue.
