What’s New
Version 30.0.18
As part of our continuous improvement effort, we have done a complete revamp of the check-in flow. You can check-in for individual passengers in the booking or everyone in one session. We hope that this offers you a smoother and seamless experience from start to finish.
Now you can securely save your payment cards for faster and easier transactions. Log in with your Enrich account, click on the app menu, and save your card details under My Saved Cards option.
We’ve also made various improvements and fixes to enhance your overall experience on the app.

Disappointing-Updated
The latest version has me impressed. I’m glad that they have finally added the in-app check in which was in the previous app but now has been rebooted to be more user friendly and easier to navigate. That has made all the difference and has made me to revise my previous review below. Please keep up the good work and continue improving the app.

How can such an app be released to the public astounds me. Please remove this abomination from the app store or better yet remove it from the face of the earth.
Use this to check flight price only
Worst airline app that I have ever used. To be fair, I have only used airasia app before and booking there have been as easy as ABC. I have try repeatedly for few times to buy different flights on this app before but often the payment just won’t go through or leaving a blank non responsive screen; not knowing whether my payment go through or not. I never have this issue with airasia. Tougher still is that it don’t remember that you have booked a flight and just waiting to pay; it won’t allow you to hold the booking for a while just because the payment did not go through (for unknown reason that this app don’t want to receive my money). So, use this app to check flight price then go to their website to book flight; in which you needs to open your computer for it, a real hassle; but when flight in MAS is cheaper than airasia, it’s worth all the hassle. Still, this app needs serious improvement.
Disappointed update
The app is unable to allow update the flight schedule. When reach on departure flight schedule session such as flight date update. Each time i try update it, it shows me an error of The requested return date is too soon. Valid are 2 hours from now through the next 361 days. Best solution would be using laptop/pc but it is not flexible for foreigners or traveller to carry around with them. If you could improve the system updates, it will be much beneficial for others to use app on modify the flight schedule when they needed to especially for business purpose. Don’t you want your users or customers to use app more frequently than using an website to update from pc/laptop. With good improvement, you can make more money from your customer experience via this app.
