Mechtrace customer app caters to the service needs of micro, small and medium businesses. You can now book a technician from our Customer app for all your service needs.
Our Customer app allows you to create service tickets and track the status of your tickets on a real-time basis. You can rate the technicians based on your experience.
At Mechtrace, we provide three types of service to our customers.
1. One Time Service - Based on the need, customers can raise a service request whenever there’s a downtime. They can track the service ticket online on our app.
2. AMC - Likewise, you can opt for an AMC or an annual maintenance contract with us. We will ensure your machines are serviced on time and you will get a maximum of 12 services in a year. We will take care of your machines and ensure a smooth and hassle free running of your machines. With AMC, you can get an unlimited free access to our DIY self diagnostic video library and our interactive blogs.
3. Online troubleshooting with DIY Videos - For minor issues, we have our DIY videos. They save your time, money and effort.
E-Commerce- We offer a wide range of spare parts in our Customer app. You can purchase spares in bulk with us at amazing offers.
