Good but can further improve

I like the app, though at time it may crash but no biggy about it. Please improve the notification history part as it is showing my really old messages dated back in 2015.. used to be alright but after an upgrade few months ago, that is no longer meaningful. Anyways, overall is good, and easy for me to request GLs too.

Non User Friendly App Experience

Attention to the developers of the app, your app is truly not user friendly and very buggy. Every time when I login to the app it’s unable to load the content of my policies and need to restart the app couple of times to make it usable. The UI of the app itself is very confusing and takes very long to perform a very basic task. Upon checking the app version history, there were no fix or enhancements done for the app UI as of now. I totally understand adding security updates are crucial but the bigger part is missed out, the user friendly interface of the app. If I had an option, I would stop using the your app and delete it immediately but however, I have no choice due to my insurance requires this useless app which I can’t do anything with it! Your app failed big time!

Useless app

GL requested via app but constantly gone missing and need to call the 1-800 number to follow up, always go through the pain to request for GL copy prior hospital/specialist visit. GL copy always (always constantly) didn’t reach the hospital this a hassle to print a copy to bring along. If there is an issue/queries by MyCare, they just keep silent / quiet and wait for request or to call them to ask for GL status, really hopeless as there is this app to update or send notification for requester to update or response to any queries but didn’t utilize such function. Any company intended to use this company/app please think twice else you are guiding your staff into hopeless & headless situation. Don’t believe then just try it.
