fix bugs

ever since i swap my account to ios,it has been a terrible experience,im using ip6,it keep crashes on battle wasting precious resource ,and i thought andriod bugs were bad. PLEASE FIX IT

Bad customer service

On customer service: I didn’t realised the game randomly assigned me the ID CSCBAI, just like the bad word in Chinese ChouCiBai. I hated it and asked if I could change the profile ID into a not so offensive one, the customer service just says “it’s okay.” What is Its okay? I asked if I can change it, that’s a YES or No question.
It’s not okay! Bad customer experience.

On gaming experience: the game started pretty interesting and ya the spirits are fun to collect and to upgraded. But if you do not progress aka reload money, the game will pairs you with a much more high level NPC/ opponent, it’s another way to lure you to buy more resources in my personal opinion. Well, general business tactics. After a week, it gets really dull as there is not much interactivity but only repetitive moves. Nothing really excited anymore.

When my first time playing this game i suddenly cannot stop playing this game cause it was so fun.
Even if it was my first time playing this.
So i will give 5 star.
