Good start but need improvement

The app is so empty. I was expecting I can SAVE my account no. there, check and pay whenever it is. There are no issue using the app to pay, however it can’t save your account no., and you have to key the account number every time you wanna check or pay. In this case, there is no difference with paying through their website. Since you mentioned that you won’t be issuing hardcopy bill starting from 2022, where do you expect us to get out account no.? The app developer can try to learn from TNB, Syabas, Indah Water etc. Their app is really handy.

No check button

Check button missing; unable to use app.

No check button in the assessment section on iPhone SE 2020 but found the check button barely visible when using my old iPhone 6 Plus. Please update your app for newer phone like iPhone SE.
I noticed some other reviewers also have same problem with no check button.

App crashes(auto closes) as soon as i tap it to open!

Its been so many months now, i am unable to open the app, ever since the app has become pay@kl from MOBIS. As soon as i tap on the app to open it , it crashes. I am unable to open it.

I tried deleting and re-installing the app 2 times but the same thing happens!

I am using an iphone with latest ios version, still this is happening, i have updated the app version too, still no difference. The app has become useless for me, what a pity, i used to use it when it was cqlled MOBIS, and now since its become Pay@KL , its become useless!
