My review would, perhaps you guys can upgrade the overall feature and modernize the system, online FPX payment and booking methods. Kinda old school. Other than that the App is good.

Need more improvement

1. Did not update the progress frequently during construction period
2. Several time show ‘purchaser not found’ thus i not able to register my guest. Today I still facing the same issue. Try to log out and login, reinstall the app and the result remain fail!
3. Updated my mailing address a year ago but letter still sent to old mailing address
4. Payment paid but take more than 2 week to update

Kindly allow the developer to answer your issues accordingly as some of your issues are out of our control. 1) We'll try our best to update your property progress as soonest because it really takes some time to capture for all the under construction projects across Malaysia. Kindly forward this concern to our customer relationship manager. 2) We are aware of this issue due to our server migration might caused this issue happens. Kindly give some patient to wait while we're trying to fix. However, please do send us your personal details, email, project and unit number to upon further checking. 3) Please do also send us your latest email and we will update your issue as soonest. 4) The payment paid took some time for you due to your property management do not update frequently and the payment method you paid was JomPAY, so it might takes a couple of manual works to do which results updating your payment lately. If they are hardworking enough to check everyday, your payment will update in the next few days. However, kindly seek for your property management to subscribe FPX payment in order to ease your payment process and get updated directly. Lastly, kindly forward all of your concerns to us as the place you reviewed has limited reply access for the developer. We will definitely resolve your issue as soon as possible. Although not very satisfied with the finished product i bought with this developer. This after sales service very helpful.

UI interface can improve more. Looks outdated and slow to load.
