Nothing is there
I tried logging in on both app and website but none of my policies were showing, this is very alarming and I personally already have trust issues etc this is making me having bouts of anxiety over this.
Do not have ‘Update Payment Method’ click
I’ve just go to the HLA branch to change my credit card payment method. And the counter service informed me that this can be done through the apps. So I just go home and try it. But tried to looking for half an hour also didn’t find out the click.
But very weird, the website have shows the steps of update payment. However the apps and website customer portal totally do not have this click.
So please HLA360, please update the customer portal in order to enhance the apps service.

My Hla not working
I have a policy under hla since 10yrs ago. And I signed up hla 360 since feb 2020. Why today I totally unable to login also I try get forgot password to get temporary password still not working. The worst I got the information saying my ID don’t have active policy under hla. I downloaded apps hla360 and got the password temporary from you, funniest is your apps skip me out and close the apps. Hla what do you trying to cheat me? 10 yrs policy u said I am not active holder? Please check and call back me urgent before I complain to LIAM
