Good app but loading slow
Good app seems to be able to check everything through one platform. But looks like you have some bug in the loading part. Screens here and there didn’t load successfully, maybe retrieving issue, from user standpoint looks like it keeps loading, thus creates the feeling that the loading is very slow.
Good start
I have been waiting for a mobile app for PMO for quite a while. Most financial institutions such as banks and insurance companies already have mobile apps for a long time. The next thing to implement, for iPhone and iPad users, is TouchID and FaceID. I would also expect to see a full range of transaction-related features that are available in the website such as switching and redemption.
After payment done but jump to login page
I login to my pmo account make a top up, after the top up payment done in maybank2u, the page auto rerun to merchant page but the app request me to login again.
My bank have deduct the payment successfully, but pmo account floating transactions not show up my latest top up. Hope to fixed it soon.
