How it works:
-Opt in this FREE add-on when you purchase a motor insurance or policy with us
-Remember to activate this add-on via the app by submitting your vehicle’s odometer reading. Don’t worry, SMS reminders will be sent.
-Once the add-on is successfully activated, you can submit your cash rebate request via the app by uploading your vehicle’s odometer reading anytime during your policy’s active period

Hospitalizations claim

Drive Less Save More

Everytime the system to submit for rebate is down for maintenance, no notification is posted in the app .. causing user to believe there is problem with the app. Also, each time the app is updated, I always have problem submitting for the rebate. The latest was since yesterday morning.. while the app was updated 3 days ago, maintenance was carried out a day before yesterday. Then when the rebate submission was supposed to be up, I had issues submitting until I gave up. Gave another chance this afternoon and deleted and reinstalled the app .. only then did it work. Also, when I had the initial problem and tried to have a live chat through the app, I was connected to any agent even after waiting for more than half an hour .. I hung up.

Not User Friendly

1. Developers don’t understand English or are lazy. After submitting this review they ask users to give details to their support email. This means they don’t understand or they don’t communicate with their support team. 2. Drive less save more odometer reading submission using Iphone 13 : After the odometer reading is input to the text box, the software keyboard blocks the “next” button and we have to touch another part of the screen to reveal the “next button”. This is not user friendly because the user needs to think what is the next step after he keys in the odometer reading and unable to proceed.
3. Why does the user need to click the check box that he agrees with the term and conditions? To save this step, the app should ask to user to agree only 1 time for this entire insurance plan.
4. This app does not include motor insurance claims nor list the manual steps needed to do such claims.
