Old one's way better
Whoever's designed the new app, pls train them again on the real meaning and understanding on the application of the software rather than just having a bunch of fancy popups, links and unwanted comments and remarks all over the place. All we want to see is our savings, withdrawals and investments etc... with the least number of changing screen and going off and on back n forth the app and into some website for additional infos. Installed the app, doesnt understand where the app is going, doesnt serve my purpose, cannot even see the investment I made (i know its not lost and its in the system but its nowhere to be found in the new app), too many flips, sometimes lost where I am, feel like going on a merry-go-round.... So I deleted it. Back to the old app... Just a quick question... why change the app and create new ones? There's nothing wrong with the current one and what u have in the new app, thats not improvement.

At this moment, the i-Invest platform can only be accessed through the i-Akaun (classic version) app and the i-Akaun portal on the KWSP website.
Unable to View Saving Details
If I’m not mistaken, I was still able to view summary/details of the total kwsp contributions but now i guess the latest update restricts me from accessing it, saying that I am unable to proceed because im using view mode. then what’s the purpose of me installing this app?? that’s only just to view my contribution, what do you mean i have to verify myself at EPF branch?? theres no point of me to keep using this app if i cant even access the least feature. it’s not that i don’t want to verify myself but you really have a limited office hour and close on weekends. there’s no way i’d take leave for this. i need you to improve this and let me have access to my OWN kwsp account.

Great app
Login: Super easy. I tried to use forget password and the process to regain the password is fairly straighforward
Features: Compared to old app, I didnt find much difference. I use the app mainly to check account balance and monthly contributions. However, I quite like some new features such as retirement calculator / chart, additional contribution flow, etc. Everything seems to be quite friendly and easy to use. Not regretting my choice to migrate to this new app 😃
As there are a lot of negative feedback in the review section, I would recommend anyone to download the new app as a redundancy app first. Once you are comfortable with the new one, then you can delete the old one. Well, better be safe than sorry!
