Could not login at all!
I tried login in, can’t even log in. Error message popping up to ask to try again later. Can view account details but can’t perform any transaction. Contacted RHB support, been asked to uninstall and install, did that - failed to login. Then contact RHB support again, this time asking me to register for secureplus - same problem can’t login. The issue is I don’t even need to perform transaction over 10k, I don’t know why apparently this is part of the “mandatory” process. Anyhow it failed again, so contacted RHB support again; so I was told that I’m the only one who could activate this mobile banking app but the issue is I can’t???
If the app is not ready, please don’t launch it. Even RHB support cannot provide anymore solution. So does it mean that I should close down my account and consider other bank?? Since in this technology day, I can’t even perform any transaction using the bank mobile app.

The app itself is modern and fresh, quite easy to use, especially once you set up the shortcuts on the home screen. People just need to spend a bit of time to get used to it, change is always unwelcome. However, there are tiny bits that can be improved. The welcome splash screen is very unnecessary. It takes 1-2 seconds to load and show, makes the loading process seem heavy and long. With banking apps, speedy experience and performance is usually important. If I have to use the app a few times a day for various transactions, it gets quite annoying. I’m sure many will agree. It could simply be changed to “Welcome (name)” line of text on top once a person is logged in. I also believe many people would be confused by the word “Pay” for transfers. I don’t always PAY for something when I transfer money. This isn’t technically correct. I believe it was only made to merge transfers and bill payments together but I find it slightly confusing... would personally prefer to have Transfer and Pay Bills as separate features, just like Top Up. Less clutter.

Worst ever banking app
Seriously, this is the worst ever banking app I have ever come across. Most of the time, I get the “Oops! There seems to be a slight issue. Please try again.” message. Also, I have never been able to receive the secure verification so I can’t perform any transactions of RM10k and above. I have checked the FAQs and followed the instructions but still failed. It’s really frustrating. It does not even deserve a star! RHB really needs to take immediate action to improve their apps.
Update: Thank you for your response but your cut and paste answer (solution) does not help AT ALL. Customers nowadays are smart; they would have checked, learnt and done the necessary from the social media. The cut and paste answer/solution is not working. Quick answer but not working is still a failure.

Hi assortedmy, now you can perform Secure Plus using RHB Mobile Banking app by enabling Secure Plus at the 'Security' section of the menu. No QR code for activation required. Once you've enabled Secure Plus, you will be able to authorise payments of MYR 10,000.00 and above using your primary device. Hope this helps. Thank you.
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
