Still at its infancy stage
Good initiative with the new app and its pin login capability.
However, so much more improvements to be made with the app. How to print transaction receipt if you’re done with it in and want to come back to do that? No option in transaction history.
Jumping between a calculator to make quick summations and then coming back to the app, it’ll crash and you’ll have to start over.
New app definitely looks better but not sure what it is doing heavily in the background. Upon entering pin, often times the good morning, afternoon or evening page lingers for too long before you settle into your account. The previous app, while clunky and antiquated, is definitely more lightweight and responsive that’s for sure.

Good but not perfect
Some people complaint that they can’t found the INSTANT transfer function. It’s actually stated there ALL transaction will be Instant Transfer now. No longer has normal IBG function in this new app. So whatever money transfer that you perform via the app is INSTANT. I think they just need to spend some time to read before complaining. The only thing i don’t like bout the app is the time of loading. Overall I’m ok with it

Apps not working for doing transactions
This apps was working perfectly on my iPhone X initially. I was enjoying all the new features, really convenient compared to the last apps. But then after awhile, I think after 1 week, it started to say “We are unable to proceed with you authorization request....” when I was doing a transaction on the apps. I tried several times, still cannot.
Then I tried to reinstall the apps and when I try to set up the apps using my details, another message popped up “There seems to be a slight issue in setting up your account.....”
I called RHB Hotline for help, they already deleted my profile and asked me to set the apps again. However, still cannot set up mu account. Already emailed the customer service on 9th May 2019, but until today: 25th May 2019 still didn’t get any reply.
I'm a bit disappointed since I cannot use this good apps anymore. Hopefully RHB can fix my problem ASAP.
