I wonder why the updated version of iRakyat is totally not useful and such a burdensome to the users. It appears “G007 user already log in” everytime user wants to perform online transactions.

Everytime user wants to perform online transactions, user has to click the new notification that comes from Bank, itself. After user clicks the notification, it appears “G007 user already log in” despite user hasn’t logged in yet. Then, user needs to wait for a moment and repeat the steps until it successful.

Please settle this issue as possible as it can because this unpleasant experience burdens us a lot. I hope this matter catches the attention of your party and your side takes action regarding this issue.

First, the UI/UX is so bad and confusing. This is coming from all age category. It's an eyesore with how your logo deforms on different screen size. The whole UI/UX make me feel like I traveled back to early 2000s. To this day, I could not find the feature to add an account to "favourites", such a hassle. The flow of the app is so messy, a hoarder's nest has better flow than your app.

Second, you want to implement the secure app device thingy instead of TAC by SMS, by all means, go for it. But it is absolutely useless if your app is inaccessible to even get the secure app authorisation. Do an option to opt for SMS text so that customer can still perform transfer when the app is down. The irony of this is that you plaster "online banking at your convenience" on your website log in when it has been nothing but an inconvenience.

Do better because I am heavily considering to close my account with this bank. I've had it up to here using your online banking features. The whole thing is an absolute clownery. Thankfully the lowest rating available is 1 star because genuine rating I have for this app is no star.

I cant use iSecure when I'm using FPX or other payment methods. It said that notification from iSecure will be sent but no notification received. Then I have to log in to the app but it said already logged in.
There's not even an iSecure button in the app for convenient use.
I can only use iSecure when using the apps. But what's the point of having it when you can click whilst doing the transfer. Anybody who has access to my phone will still manage to do the transaction.
