Hi, thanks for the development of the app though the functions are still limited.
The thing is, I couldn’t do fund transfer to other accounts than favourites in the app. When I tried to add accounts to my favourite in the website, I was told to authorise the transaction via the Go app. If i installed the app, even though I had logged out from the app, I couldn’t log into the website version cause it said my ID is logged in. Help, please. I’m tired of going back and forth just to transfer fund.
Then after trying for forever, the push notification came in but nothing happen after I clicked it. None of my transactions were successful. I wish you wouldn’t push the not-ready-yet app for those who wish to complete transactions via the website.

Dear User, current app only capable for fav transfer, new transfer will be available soon. For the authorising transaction, please ensure you stays at Pre login page. Do not login in the app coz it will detect the concurrent login. If the notification does not prompt when you launch the app, kindly navigate to Pre login > Quick Menu > Transaction Signing.

No Tabung Haji & instant transfer
Hai, thank you for developing this apps. It easy to use and no need to wait for TAC to apprpve any transaction. I encountered some problems when using this apps.
1. Right now i still cant add new favourite 3rd party or transfer money to tabung haji account using apps.
2. No instant transfer to fav 3rd party bank. Only option is IBG transfer.

To change the transfer limit
Previously it is very easy ti change the limits by website itself. Now need to approve through the apps but the apps doesn’t work and cannot change the limits anymore. So it’s kill all the systems. The app doesn’t receive the push notification that send through website. The only way to change the limits already malfunction. The worst banking apps ever exist. Previous function that need website alone just enough. Why need to use the apps if it worst like this. If you can’t make people life easier, don’t make it hard. So disappointed.

Dear user, sorry for the inconvenience, seems like you are having a hard time on the transaction signing. What you can do is try to check if at your Device setting, you have allowed the Notification for GO app, secondly, if you do not get the notification, you can manually navigate to Pre Login (do not login) > Quick Menu > Transaction signing.
