Be careful of this App
Latest update is the worst that I have experienced. Very long loading time, keep logging me out everytime i logged in, there’s always an pop out window saying there’s an error with something. Be careful if you want to make payments, i became a victim of double payment when i was trying to pay my monthly commitment. After i clicked confirm to pay the amount i have put in, there was a pop up window saying error, and redirected me back to the financing page, seeing nothing happened, i tried again and success, however i was charged twice. Not sure if trying to get my money back is worth the hassle. Fix your app before asking users to update.

Worst after July 2024 updates
When I see a thousand of negative comments here…and bank islam hasn’t act anything…know one thing, it is the middle tier level was not doing the job..knowing this is the bank, its not so hard to folk out money to pay a very good apps developer…and if asking those bank islam shareholders they must be eager to improve and satisfy the people/ customers…but again..there is one middle tier that didnt get their work everytime..so this kind of person you shouldn’t keep. Wish you the very best bank islam..

Loading time taking too much time and app definitely need more improvements
Please improve the loading time, its taking too much time to login, if succesfully login then app crash, lag and many more problem. Sometime when i want to pay its keep buffering, then need to re-login, the akak who sell to me said “bank islam ke, takpe faham take yr time”. Please don’t set yr standard like this, if not improve, user will change to other bank for much efficient bank app like maybank and cimb. Thank you
