The new “payment listing” layout that without showing the name of the payee made the process terribly inconvenient. I have to click into each payment to check the name to make sure they are correct, imagine you need to approve tens or over a hundred payments everyday. Unless you print out all payment slips so that you can refer back to the reference number of each payment, but this is so not environmental friendly. And the app is so unstable, most of the time I’ll be logout after I approved 20 payments. This latest version is the worst one I’ve experienced over the years. Other banks have much better and smoother approval process, I’m seriously considering to switch to another bank. It’s just too painful to use.

A buggy and terrible user experience system. Wasted of precious time trying to login, wait for OTP that comes late and never correct, and the system will lock your account and the cycle repeats. After spending 1 day, still cannot make 1 transaction. Time wasted

Obviously, OCBC provides good service. Their customer support and branch representatives are commendable. However, OCBC could enhance their business app, focusing on improving UI/UX, speeding up transaction times, providing better payment records for business debit card transactions, and adding features like scan & pay. Additionally, adding an option to include outlets on OCBC One Collect would be beneficial.
