StepUp option not available
Can’t seem to activate StepUp. The option is not available.
Cannot register new sim
It says to click on manage new number and then setup new esim, the problem is the page that supposed to be setup new esim isn’t even there, it goes directly to resend esim purchased email. How can i register then? I buy it in store and supposedly to register through the hi app, help me😭
Loading speed is very slow!!!
The UI are clean and easy to use, but the loading speed is one big problem, took way too long to load a page.
