GOMO Singapore 4+

GOMO line is affordable with abundance of data plan, however the line is slow during evening. Overall, value for money but service quality needs to improve. Thank you.

For anyone who saw this comment, please do not use GOMO. I recently ported in from Singtel Postpaid via E-Sim, and it should take around 4 hours to port in. Now it has been 4 days and the customer service just keep asking me to be patient and copy paste the same reply of “we are looking into this urgently without any reply. There is not even any response on why does it take so long to close this case. Now i ended up without able to use data, sms or call and without any solution provided. Worst service ever, there isnt any phone or email service except the insufferable live chat available with no solution while draining away my paid service.

Hi ! Since my number has been constantly harassed by strange calls, I want to change my phone number. Starting last month, I send an email requesting to cancel my phone number and data, but your company replied that my information was wrong/my information could not be found, etc. Until last week, I found that my data was completely unusable. I thought you were your company has dealt with if for me and I changed to a new number~ I didn't expect you company to start deducting money from me yesterday! Please give me an explanation? I demand a refund!
