Should Be Called “I’m A Patient Person” App

Very user friendly on being a very patient after submitting your 3 stage of information with loading and loading icon in language of BM but if select EN to submit your information, it will still under loading till last week. Then, the app still don’t have a way to login and have to go through again the 3 stages of registration process with huge patient with the loading in BM. Even high-end smartphone doesn’t solve the long loading process. Plus 1 star for trying to create another app for some reason. Let’s go Malaysia Madani!

App failed to initiate camera.

Digital ID is a brilliant idea, but this app is a clearly a joke. I have so many of my staff and colleagues (almost all that I know!) can’t log into HMRIS. Come on la people, do proper user acceptance test before launching the app!! Give time to test before restrict people from using HRMIS app. This is really some poor, idiotig planning. I saw some reply from developer keep saying they have updated the app and try again. I TRIED EVERYDAY cos I need to use hrmis. But these developer or whoever the officer who monitor this didn’t even do proper UAT. I know how the process of app development works in gov service. I know exactly why this happening. Don’t take short cuts because you wanna meet some deadline and don’t be lazy. Buck it up man. And yea, Tealive kiosk is another joke idea. You know how busy they are and it seems that you want to encourage gov servant to take more sugary drink.. come on la guys..

Make a login option!

Such a stupid apps with stupid responds from developer. What do you mean this apps do not keep our data? If you can cancel our registered id at the kiosk meant you have our data and it used internet dude there is no such things as “we do not keep your data”. If digital id can only be registered to one device why the heck you need a password to begin with if not for login purpose?

Make a login option that automatically remove registered id in old device, send an email or message to our phone number if the action are from ourselves or not. Even banking apps are not this stupid. using hrmis is hard because of this stupid app. The interface of this app is also so stupidly done with poor tech. The glitch is just unbearable.
