I was dissatisfied and disappointed with this apps. I have to re-login for several time after not being using the apps for purchase the item. All the point are useless and voucher also missing like you have to start from zero pts back. So whats the point of having this apps and collect all the point????

Considering the current situation, app developers should really find ways to allow for delivery or at the least allow app to link with famous food delivery app (grabfood / foodpanda) so that people can enjoy llaollao despite mco and still get to use/ gain voucher or points from the app.

This review is written on 6/6/21 (coincide with shopee 6.6 sale) and upon seeing the voucher for llaollao i was happy, but then it said i have to redeem the voucher through this app, go the outlet and show the voucher to redeem it. I became devastated bcoz i want to avoid going out and risk exposure. I love llaollao but its not worth going out to a shopping mall just for an item.

And so I decided to delete this app because it is not worth keeping a food-related app that don’t do delivery. What a missed opportunity.

I have login to my account before, and it worked. But recently when I tried logging into my account using phone number, there’s an error message prompting me to request another OTP in 2mins, but the problem is I didn’t even get the chance to request for an OTP in the first place. I don’t know what’s wrong. So I tried to contact their customer support in the app by leaving a message. And when I clicked submit, there’s an error message again, saying that my Apple mail was not linked or what. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. Please fix this!
