Is there a problem in kb area? My first time use to pay and it works but the following totally cannot pay my parking.

User friendly & friendly promoter
At first i downloaded this app solely because of the promoter which were very good in convincing and persuading their customers. (Irfan, if im not mistaken) However after giving the app a good look, i must say, this app brings nothing but convenience to the public. I like the e-parking feature. Really brilliant. Hope your team can come up with more convenient features in the near future.

Cannot Login anymore for no reason
Been using this app for a while but recently after update cannot login anymore despite using same login and password. Still a lot of balance credit inside too. Burned. Stupid update in the 1st place. Way to scam users money. Not even worth 1 star. Until you rectify and allow my access back, my rating will be as it is otherise, please refund my credit.
