1. Favourite folder: This new app doesn't have favourite folder. Every month, I purchase almost the same things, and its so difficult and frustrating to keep scrolling and searching for the same items every month.2. Editing shopping list without changing the time slot. Once the shopping list is confirmed, i cant make changes to the shopping list. The existing delivery date will be cancelled and i have to reschedule delivery date. Hope you can improve on these 2 important matters. The previous system is much better and smoother. Thank you.

1. Favourite folder: This new app doesn't have favourite folder. Every month, I purchase almost the same things, and its so difficult and frustrating to keep scrolling and searching for the same items every month.2. Editing shopping list without changing the time slot. Once the shopping list is confirmed, i cant make changes to the shopping list. There are too much issue with this app that honestly don’t have enough time to mention them. Took me two weeks just to register due to an error when submitting the registration. The stupid thing is i was already an user of old Tesco app but when switching to this new app, i still have to register as a new joiner. They can’t even move all customers data to the new app. Thinking about all the customers data that was lost during this transition!!!Then come the issue with location, the app do allow you to select your location but it requires you to enter some additional information - so call “optional”. You can not submit the order if you do not enter the additional information. However, the moment you enter the add info, the error 404 appeared. No mater what you enter, it does not work. When you give up on selecting your own address and use the address selected by the app itself, you again required to enter some “missing info” and as expected, the error appeared again!!!Until today i am still not able to submit the order despite many times delete and reinstall the app. Same issues happened again and again!I wonder if they do any testing before go-live this app. They should have not removed the Tesco app right away- which by the way work perfectly fine. What was they thinking??? This is absolutely an downgrade!!!

Bad delivery process

Had used this app few times and each times it got worse during the delivery. Choosing the time slot is one thing, if the time slot is full one minute the next time u refresh the app its available again. Twice i had my payment passed through the bank but didn't pass through the app (as confirmed by the agent). Had my delivery cancelled on its own and wasn’t informed at all through any methods (email, text, call) but no other method to contact the agent bc customer service is only till 6pm meanwhile the delivery cutoff is till 8pm. Had to contact the customer service first before they’re confirming and rescheduling the delivery, which is also not following the set time with the agent (set up delivery before 1pm, delivered almost 5pm) luckily the payment was online so they didnt retract my delivery. The order can start to be out for delivery from 3pm and you’ll receive it almost 8pm. Overall if you don’t mind the delivery to receive anytime they feel like, then its fine to order but the frozen/cold items would not be frozen anymore. It was good before now it just gotten worse.
