I've experienced a recurring bug where I *cannot see my appointment schedule* if I haven't opened the app for around *3 weeks*. The only way to make it appear again is by *uninstalling and reinstalling the app*, which is very inconvenient.Also, it would be very helpful if you could *add a section for rescheduling appointments*. Currently, there's *no in-app option* for that, and when I try to call the hospital, *no one answers* the phone. This makes it hard to manage appointments when changes are needed.Please consider fixing these issues and adding a reschedule request feature for a better user experience. Thank you!

It’s been few days I can’t see any next appointments list . Please fix it.

I have been trying to register my account for almost one week, attempting almost every day. The app requires a TAC number sent to my phone, but I never receive it. Each time I try, the app displays the message “Server are Offline pleae be patient”. This has been happening consistently for days with no resolution. It makes registration impossible and is very frustrating. Please fix the verification system or provide proper support.
