Beneficial App but Registering Is A Hassle
I have been waiting for this app to be
released for a long time. And today, it is
finally released. After downloading, I tried to
login but my SESB OCS account credentials
were invalid. And on the app, there is no
button to bring you directly to the registration
page. So you have go to SESB main site to
learn how to register, which it will lead you to
another site - MySESB. Then after
registering, you need to activate the account
after receiving email from MySESB, only then
your MySESB app will be fully functional. I
like the user interface, it is really useful to
track my electricity usage and my current
and previous electricity bills. The payment
through MySESB app is seamless too. So
kudos to the developer for the app user
interface. Hopefully they could improve user
experience in getting their accounts
registered for the app.
User Friendly App
Great app and easy to navigate. Could view and pay bill seamlessly. Outages and advisory section are great addition. Hope I could buy energy efficient appliances as well in future on same app 😊Great Experience !!👍
