Terrible

Made a room booking using the app, paid my order but it didn’t reflect on my upcoming booking. Call hotel but they ask me to wait on check in date to get confirmation. No effort to solve customer problem. Lol

Great saving!

A fan of imperial groups. Able to collect points and redeem during check in or during dine-in at any Imperial Hotel groups. Great saving for me!

Unable to login app

I am unable to login to the app. It says “token session expired”. I have used the app a few times and there were no problems before. What does it mean by token session?
