Saved Car Plate Information
If can have a saved favorites car plates number, it will be easier just to select which car to pay or perhaps from the saved favorites, the system is smart enough to knows which car enter the parking system and u just click to pay, rather than now we have to key in the car plate number
Need for upgrade
This system’s hardware and software is not consistent and need for upgrade. It can not read alphabet I. It always read my car plate nimber IIUM as WUM eventhough I have replaced the the plate number with a bigger one. It also sometime read number 7 become 5 when I goes in and when I goes out it correctly read it as 7
Super Convenient!
This feedback is considering the current payment method available for parking which is still very manual in most places around Malaysia. Pay @ Go is super convincing and saves a lot of time for that q, and especially when we are moving towards cashless lifestyle. Superb!
