Been using this app. At first yes it is promising. But as you share more of your problems, the therapist seems not interested to engage further, and left you hanging until the chat is automatically exited.

You can only trust yourself to heal. There’s a lot of things you could do besides sharing your problems to strangers.

Be with your friends, family, and most importantly, to god. Have the real connection with people you know.

We apologise that the Viber was not attentive to you. We will be more stricter in our training and try to improve! We have over 300 Vibers, we would love for you to give our other Vibers a try :)

We also have other features that can assist individuals, such as mood trackers, modules and relaxation activities. We believe that having small daily reminders and notifications of self care is important to instil a positive lifestyle and habit.
