Quite a fast delivery from overseas!

This is the first time I bought anything from Pomelo. It says on their app that it takes 4-6 business days to be shipped but I got my order in less than 4 business days! So I’m really happy for that. I guess it’s because Malaysia is neighboring Thailand so it didn’t take long for shipping and customs.

Poor service

I placed my order on 26 Oct 2020 and receive payment confirmation. But on 12 Nov (18 days later) I received cancellation email said my item out of stock. I reached out to Pomelo both Instagram chat and Facebook chat. At the beginning, the staffs responded so quick but once I informed my concern Instagram chat left me with “Seen” and FB chat took long time for responding and Sorry robotically. They offered me 30% voucher (max. 50 rm) which I denied because it come with long conditions and of course we need to purchase their product again. How can we trust this unprofessional online shop again? My question is “How can the item which is out of stock be available on the website?” And Pomelo took 18 days in order to realise this matter. This is not my first time purchasing but it will be my last time.

Bad experience

It’s my first time purchase on Pomelo. It is stated 2-3 days of delivery time. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, it has to be delayed 5-7 days to be delivered. According to the customer service team, they are currently facing server/system construction and high traffic of orders. I requested to collect at their shop in Bangkok but they checked my order is placed under Indonesia. I do not know since when I made order under Indonesia.

Should there be any system/server maintenance in the future, please at least inform the registered customers via email. Also, appreciate if everything (terms & condition) is clarified in the website and app. Will now repurchase anymore from Pomelo.
