Unable to load the cart.
Cart cannot be loaded or an order has been placed using this cart.
This bubble keep popping out every time i want to add my item in the shopping cart. Emailed poplook team but this issue remain the same. What should i do? I hate browsing through the web browser. But it leave me no choice to rate 1 star because i cannot use your apps.
This really annoys me.

Hi Fatihah. Thank you for the feedback. If you encountered the error message, "Cart cannot be loaded or an order has already been placed using this cart", it means that you have a pending order that shares the same cart number. We would advise you to update the apps to the 6.1.0 version, as your browser may not be updated with the up to date information. Hope this help. Technical Problem
I think there is something wrong with your app..for the past week, i have been trying to add to cart but the statement return as the product is no longer available.. although the sizings seems to be available.. Please check your issue as this trouble me to purchase

Cannot checkout when tick Gift Option
I’ve been trying to checkout few times but it stated “Internet Connection Problem” whenever i tick Yes at the Gift Option and have a message in the textbox. When i change to No and remove the message only then can proceed.
