ProFix is an app that allow purchasers easily to book appointment for handover purpose through the app. After handover, they could also easily manage the defects of their units to file in the report. Reports are then able to keep track the status with the app as well. It is all-in one app that help purchasers easily to manage and keep track of their units' defect.

Hello, the app has bug, after several login the “submit defect “ button still not display on the home page, please solve it .
Unable to login, update and reset password
Tried to change the password many times but failed. Asked to check internet status. Then, tried to logout and relogin, things getting worse, now unable to login even the password is correct, keep saying invalid password and check the caps lock. Tried to reset the password, waiting for hours and still not receive OTP via email. PLEASE FIX THESE ISSUES ASAP!!!
The best app for VP and defect reporting
This is so far the best app for reporting defects I have used. It has really great features and I can track every stages of my case until the completion. Thank you for making my life easier with this app.
