Easy to use and navigate
I just wish we have more freedom as to which company/share we can choose to invest. Also, the freedom to choose whether to or not to reinvest the Dividend. Perhaps make another section to collect all dividend only, and allowing investor to make decisions regarding their small or huge dividend. Hopefully this way it will somehow able to motivate more investment coming in. I hope you reconsider this idea, I am enjoying Raiz, super duper convenient with its vary portfolio and wishing the best for this app 💚

Should add other bank than Maybank
When I want to add investment into my account in this app, it stated that i can only link this app with Maybank account bank but the problem is I don’t have an account in Maybank and it is totally absurd for me to opening account bank Maybank just to make sure I can add investment in for my Raiz account. Please add other Bank in this app for the sake of users convenience. If want to attract more people to use this app, this is one of the step that should be make.
Round up account
First of all,this app is very easy to use and it work very well..This is my first time using this app and yep i’m very impressed with it..Just one thing that i really need to ask you Raiz..Can you do me a favour? Can you add other bank debit card like cimb or ambank for round-up account please..if possible..because i dont have maybank or visa card..i do appreciate that if you can do it..keep it up and yeah love you Raiz :)

Hi! Thanks for your valuable feedback :) The Round-ups Account is currently only available to Public Bank, VISA and Maybank cards or bank accounts. Thus, only the respective cardholders can use the auto round-ups feature now. Do note that it is not mandatory to link Round-up Account. Do stay tuned to our Social Media pages for any updates. We are working hard to get the other banks to join but this is very much subjected to their agreement, and not entirely up to us.
