A bug from my place
I was find a bug is when I was press one time for deposit but I didn’t received that I make it complete then actually when I see this I will press again do a deposit then after that I found a problem is I do it 2 times deposit in the few min that mean that the first one deposit is complete but I didn’t receive any notice so I need to wait for a longer time to approve my first deposit and second deposit I don’t know how to cancelled
Good platform but with some flaws
Tried to send some crypto to 2 other platforms but failed. This is despite previously I was able to successfully transfer prior. Was very clear in my description of the issue that it was clearly not a problem on my end, that I successfully transferee before, but it is the platform’s issue and even supported it with screenshot but customer service kept insisting to make sure I did everything correctly, even shifting to other areas that are not related to the initial issue. After 4 days of back and forth to prove that I did everything correctly (which I already clarified upfront), customer service only asked for video recording, which I sent and finally established I did everything correctly. Customer service then said to forward to engineer team but I never heard from them after 1 week, need to chase them only give some long winded response that doesn’t help move things forward.

It’s a good app, but too slow!!
For beginner trader yes it is good because the UI is easy to understand and clean. But trading Cryto, every second could cost you money and your app and server refresh rate is more than second (comparing with other trading app, Luno is the slowest). The most serious part is when other cryto trading app pricing already up/down but Luno still stick at the same price even I keep refreshing for more than 10 times.
You may have great finance experts but your team really need to have technical experts. I mean TECHNICA EXPERT not just “any” technical guy. Mail me if you need help looking for people to upgrade your “too slow trading” app. I love to improve my trading experience in future, this is really killing me.
I love to give you 5 for the UI, but only go for 3 since it’s too slow and the server is alway not responding.
