Please listen to whatever people suggest to make this app better, please make it more flexible and customizable.
I been told that the values shown is Wahed is 2 days delayed, why don't just make it a live values update? Please shows us the stock that we owned. Be more transparent in giving us information. If others app can do it, why not you? People use Wahed because of sharia compliance, please don’t let us down

Kindly be informed that the portfolio performance is still calculated daily using the closing market price of the assets listed. For HLAL ETF, the updated price on Wahed app follows its closing market price (which is 1 day behind Malaysia time + 1 day for it to be updated on the app = 2 days behind).
You can refer to your Monthly Statement in the app to view the quantity and details of stocks invested within your portfolios.

Poor Quality Customer Service
The app works great however i have a problem with the customer service where i tried to call them and got connected to this staffer that i could barely hear and understand what he was saying. Furthermore, he was not very friendly and noticed he just wanted to settle things ASAP. If not for the bad customer service i would’ve rated higher

Face ID or Fingerlock
Please make this Face ID and Fingerlock available when we open the apps as it is easier to sign in rather than having us to fill in the password where it takes forever to fill in if we are in hurry or just a quick check up. just add passwords feature if we want to cash in or cash out. please

Hi, Haiyo Ma Nem Iz Youz! We appreciate you sharing your feedback. You can actually activate the TOUCH ID/ FACE ID feature from the app. Simply log in using your email and password then go to MENU> SETTINGS> USE TOUCH ID/ FACE ID to enable it. Then it will ask you to log in using the same credentials to confirm the activation of the feature then you can use the Touch ID/ Face ID feature when logging in moving forward. I hope this helps.
