Innovative Intuitive App Design

The app design is superb especially the loading screen as it turns something mundane into a greeting, a cerebral way to display their superb customer service. I also like how they incorporate the multi-account feature as it allows me to check the status of multiple accounts by a simple swipe on the screen. However, I believe there are a few ways to improve the app. I believe we should have the option to blur the amount of money on the first screen as it would improve privacy whenever QR payments are made. Secondly, I believe we should be able to re-order the accounts displayed, as for some people their first account is not necessarily their main account. Other than that the app is certainly splendidly designed.

The best online banking app in the town

Congrats to RHB Mobile Banking apps get one of the highest rating among Malaysia’s online banking platforms, and it really deserve it, as I pretty like the interface whenever I open the apps and greet me. The design of the e-receipts during every festive seasons is very nice though, which is very heart warming. Relatively the nicest banking app compared to other banks, it’s user friendly that shows most recent transaction history, which easier for me to trace back my latest transactions. Besides that, I also like the feature of “find the best rate for term deposit” by simply keying in my desired amount and period to deposit of, allowing me to compare which term deposit offer suits me the best in just few clicks on my fingertips. Well done.

This is what your users want ❤️

I think RHB came out with one of the best mobile banking apps ever. I love the features where I can track my RHB Smart Account bonus profit rate status on how much more to save and how many more bills to pay etc in order to enjoy the monthly bonus interest. It’s far more better than desktop view, seamless and nice user interface (UI). This is what your users want and it will be better if we can set for future payment or recurring payments through mobile banking apps. Furthermore, a function/features to have a live chat with RHB customer service agents can help to improve a lot on user experience throughout mobile banking journey too. Overall, RHB mobile banking apps is seamless and cool in using it !

So far its the best interference and innovative mobile banking app in the market

I really love the app feature so far, it was one of the top mobile banking app in the market. The functionality was great and convenient and the UI design was attractive and innovative.

I would like to suggest that the developers could add in extra setting in the apps for bank accounts statements maintenance so that customer able to pick and set between email statements or e-statement. The previous version of RHB Now able to maintain whether customer would like statements to be email or check through the apps. As some customer may have difficulty to find statement inside their email box due to email boxes are full.

Convenient, user friendly, efficient, secure APP

This app works well for me. I use the app for day to day transactions and most of the time. It works perfectly. Understand that not everything the web version has implemented in the app, which is fine as I don’t think the app is supposed to do everything that web version can do. However, i was been informed that this app can perform multi currency top up and withdrawal which previously can only be done via web version. What a wonderful app! I’m pretty sure that the app will slowly introducing new features that eventually would make it more than enough for most of customer needs. Super satisfied with this app.

Banking Much Easier With RHB Mobile App

The app appeals on its own way amidst of so many mobile banking applications out there. The apps itself offer superior digital and mobile banking services.

Pros: The apps cover all the basics functions including mobile check deposit, seamless money transfers, online bill management, transactions and balance histories. It also features face id authentication that enables quick login and one-touch payments. Also, the fund transfer process was simplified and users can now add their favourite recipients. All of these features makes banking transactions much easier.

Cons: Personally, i never encounter any issue while using this app except for some errors due to maintenance process which was quickly resolved by the technical team.

In a nutshell, RHB had brought a stellar mobile banking app that is truly designed for the digital age. It offers one of the best user experiences we’ve seen on a mobile banking app. Hence, what are the rewards for an excellent banking app? A greater loyalty !

Frustrating app

I have never had the privilege to use the app and limited to only viewing my account balances. It is so frustrating that i could not perform any transactions on the app. I have always been receiving this message “There seems to be slight issue in setting up your account. You will not be able to perform transactions. Please login again to retry” for the past one year. N i do not want to call the customer service because they are not technically experience and shall only advice me to reinstall, believe me this does not work! Please identify the issue, other banks app is running well n RHB is still fixing basic issues which could be acceptable if it is like 15 yrs back.

RHB Mobile Banking App Review

I love this app ! It offers a seamless and intuitive platform for managing finances. Nice interface and easy to use

Particularly like that it greets me whenever i open the apps during the festive seasons. Pretty interface with nice design, simple and clear functions provided in the app. Am able to see all the recent transactions made and do transfer/payment easily by simply clicking on the ‘pay’ button without need to navigate to other page. The font size are alright too. So far didn’t had any major issue using it except that occasionally it will appear ‘error occurred’ and unable to sign in. Perhaps it is bug issue. Still relatively among the nicest banking app compare to other banks.

Very annoying app

Theres a list of problem with this app that i think is worth noting:
1.Keeps logging me off for no reason even when I go off the app for a moment and the “Good morning”and bla2 just feels like it takea forever for it to load the first few time were okay but its getting anoyying that you cant skip it
2.Apps keeps crashing for no reason especially when im buying something on9 and its says ops something happened bla2 might wanna see into that buddy
3.Sometimes it charges me two time by asking me approval two times and i didnt even notice until last month thank god it was just a few ringgits but if it keeps doing this i can be lising more than a few ringgits and sometimes its hard to notice
