Cannot open app
Somehow the app cannot open after use for few times
It’s so bad without any attempt to improve
I’ve used to older apps. The original RHB Invest and TradeSmart. Both were at least usable with UI and UX that make sense.
This new app however, is so bad. We didn’t ask for this, as it’s just shoved down users’ throat. No proper attempt to even fix bugs, improve usability or at least make things better over time.
I’m on my last leg as a client. If not for my remisier, I would have easily switched to another investment bank. Shame on you RHB.

What’s wrong? What happens to your lousy vendor, partner, disti and IT team?!
Please make sure the POC is really can be done and no bug only go live! It’s make me not trade for like a week😒the lost bear by who ? Can please get the right people do the right things! 😡 please do not put those news if the software cannot take it! Can just stick back to the old app instead??!!
