Cant use it anymore.

Im on iphone 6plus. And it only updates until ios 12. But the current update is ONLY compatible with ios 13. I wish this app has backward compatibility.

Please use negative symbol for excess payment

Hi SEB Cares developer. Please use negative symbols for excess payment. It’s confusing when I press on tab “Account” and saw my bills showing for example RM74, but when I open the “Details” it says “Excess Payment”. So this is a bit confusing. The newly updated apps looks great anyway! Nicely done. Thanks

New app but have 4-digit verification issue

Updated the app to the latest version. New interface but the when I tried to login, still didn’t received 4-digit verification in my email until now, what a waste of time. To be honest, I don’t mind if the app looks like pay & go app, as long as it’s working. Hope the IT team can escalate a fix soon, I need to login in order to pay the bills. Thanks.
