1. 티켓 번호 등록
공연 시 공식 응원봉에 좌석번호를 등록하면 무대 연출에 맞춰 자동으로 색상이 변경되어 보다 즐겁게 공연을 즐길 수 있습니다.

2. 응원봉 배터리 잔량 체크
앱과 연결된 응원봉의 배터리 잔량을 체크합니다.

please fixed it

I try connecting my lightstick but the lightstick still can’t be recognised. I try many times, on-off my Bluetooth and try restart my phone but still the same, this app still can’t recognised.

Can’t connect to lightstick

Got my lightstick from an official source – tried everything but the app would not connect to the lightstick. Deleted, reinstalled, tried on a different phone, nothing worked.

Even tested the bluetooth connection with the vers1 app and it could detect (though it recognised it as not compatible), so it’s not the lightstick’s bluetooth issue.

Please fix this

lightstick not able to connect

i tried connecting my lightstick to the app and it doesn’t work. i even tried restarting my phone and on - off my bluetooth multiple time. pledis ent or whoever pls fix this thank you
