* 기능 안내

1. 티켓 번호 등록
공연 시 공식 응원봉에 좌석번호를 입력하면 무대 연출에 맞춰 자동으로 색상이 변경되어 보다 즐겁게 공연을 즐길 수 있습니다.

2. 멤버별 스킨 적용
멤버의 이미지를 앱의 배경화면으로 설정할 수 있습니다.

3. 유투브 채널 연결
유투브 채널을 통하여 다양한 영상을 감상하실 수 있습니다.

4. 응원봉 배터리 잔량 체크
앱과 연결된 응원봉의 배터리 잔량을 체크합니다.

5. 응원봉 업데이트
연결된 응원봉의 소프트웨어 버전을 체크하고, 새로운 버전의 소프트웨어가 있을 경우 업데이트를 시작합니다.

Light stick cannot connect Bluetooth

When my phone connect to the light stick, the blue light does not appear and the light after connected, the light stick automatically disconnected, please help

Can’t update the candybong

It keep telling me to update my candybong after I connect to my phone
The main point is the last step of update is hold the light stick button for 10 second
After that the light stick reseted
When connect back to app
It tell me to update again
Repeated over 20++ Times
Please fix this before I go for twicelight concert
