Point
I can’t redeem the rewards even though the date was still available and the current stamp couldn’t be included to the reward
The apps e wallet not updated after top up purchased made
Two things :-
1) purchased credit through the apps but the amount did not show up in the ewallet. Contacted my bank and they said the transaction was successful and the money had been honoured to the merchant which is of course SF coffee. So “money lost”
2) customer service of SF coffee has been poorly taking action just replying my complaint email by saying their technical people has sorted out my case and the amount should now appear in my e wallet but actually it is not. My further emails was not replied.
App can’t launch
The app when installed cant launch even after reinstalling. This is on an iPhone
