So, the thing is, this is my first time ordering from this app. After placing my order, I encountered an issue where they couldn’t find a rider because it said all riders were busy. I was given two options: continue searching for a rider or cancel the order and get a refund.

The problem is, when I tried to cancel my order, it said the page had crashed, and I couldn’t proceed with the cancellation. So, I had no choice but to wait until they found a rider. If you won’t let me cancel it, why even offer that option in the first place?

This app is extremely frustrating and impractical to use. As a local Malaysian brand, I expect more from you, but these issues are unacceptable:
1. Awful UI/UX: The app design is clunky and confusing. It’s not intuitive, and simple tasks become unnecessarily complicated.
2. Pickup/Delivery Options Hidden: The pickup or delivery option should be on the payment page, but instead, I had to navigate through multiple steps, wasting time and causing confusion.
3. Payment Reload Problems: Reloading money is a nightmare. You can only reload in whole numbers, which leaves useless, leftover funds in the app. It feels like a scam, and the process often fails to work.
4. Inefficient Cart Process: If I make a mistake selecting pickup or delivery, I have to start all over again. This is ridiculously inefficient.
5. Lack of Focus on Food: Ultimately, the app doesn’t add any value to the food experience. If the food was great, this wouldn’t be as big of an issue. But when the core product is already lackluster, the app just makes things worse.
Focus on improving the core user experience and product first before investing in unnecessary tech features. I’m extremely disappointed and hope you take these issues seriously and make urgent improvements.

I had a horrible experience with this company. The customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful, and the delivery was a complete disaster. The service fell far below expectations, and it felt like they didn’t care about their customers at all.

Save yourself the frustration and money—avoid ordering from here at all costs. Very disappointed and won’t be returning!
