Sorted³ has been featured by Apple as [App Of The Day], [Apps We Love Right Now] & [Get Stuff Done] in 130+ regions.

We've now rebuilt the app from the ground up to make it even easier (and more fun) to hyper-schedule your entire day from a single place.

As you start integrating Sorted³ into your daily workflow, you'll notice 3 foundational benefits:

● Unified Timeline

Sorted³ seamlessly integrates your calendar events and tasks into one timeline so you can manage your entire day from a single place. To make things even more delightful, you can take formatted notes, attachments and drawings on both your events and tasks inside the app.

● Effortless Scheduling

Sorted³ helps you easily set a schedule for your day, and decide what’s important, what can wait, and what you reasonably have time for. You can use Auto Schedule to figure out what you can realistically get done in a day. Instead of feeling underproductive, Sorted³ helps you set attainable goals that you can accomplish.

● Built-in Flexibility

Even when properly scheduled in advance, days don’t always go as planned! Sorted³ is built with that flexibility in mind to adjust to your changing schedule. It's as dynamic as your day, with smart features such as Magic Select and our signature Time Ruler to help you shift things around with a few taps.

On top of all these, there are various other functionalities to make your experience more fun and seamless across all your devices:

- New Widgets for iOS 16 & macOS Monterey
- Auto Backup
- Timeline view
- iCloud Sync
- Powerful repeat rules
- Light & Dark Themes
- Natural Language Processing
- URL Scheme
- Siri Integration
- And much more!

Rowena KJW ,

I love it!

Like many users, I tried many to-do apps, task organisers and calendar apps. This is the best and most versatile I have ever used. It’s my favourite and also the most suitable one for me so far.

I have subscribed to Moleskine Actions. I chose it because it’s quite user friendly and I could see ‘today’s tasks’ instead of all things messing up. And also allow me to create to-dos without time, like creating a wish list. But, I couldn’t add sub tasks.

But this Sorted, has every functions or features I wanted. Tasks with time and duration, showing all tasks and events in day view so I know what I can actually do in a day. Also, I can create wish lists (no time set for them), organise them into folders, and add notes! I also use this to create my groceries list (by adding my to-buys as sub tasks) 🤭 For me, it’s a to-do app, calendar app, note app, and groceries buying app!

Thanks for creating this app, it’s awesome! Btw I’m waiting for its web version! ❤️❤️

Thanks for your wonderful review! You nailed exactly on what we have to offer. Furthermore, you may find even more fun with our hyper-scheduling approach and the auto-schedule feature. We have web version in our road map and we will first complete the Apple ecosystem as our current priority.

Add New Event of Calender

I want to add new event of calender, but it showed pop-out for granting of permission, after that pressed Allow Calender Access, it has not responded.

Hi, thanks for your comment!

macOS Sonoma provides new privacy permission settings, including authorization for calendar permissions. Therefore, we need to adapt Sorted³ to make the calendar integration function work properly. However, Apple updated the development tools, which prevented us from properly packaging the software to be updated. As a result, we were unable to release a new version of Sorted³ for macOS, and we were unable to solve the calendar integration problem. To this day, we are still stuck in this impasse. Calendar integration, which we offer free to Sorted³ users, has been well-received since its release and more and more users are using calendar-related features in Sorted³, so we take this incident stemming from Apple’s developer tools very seriously. To this end, in addition to our daily development work, we have additionally developed a new independent macOS version directly using the latest development tools to solve the calendar integration issue in a special way.

You can learn more information via the link (https://support.sortedapp.com/articles/112368-sorted-calendar-integration-feature-not-available-in-macos-sonoma ).

We apologize for the inconvenience about this issue. If you have any questions or suggestions for the future, please feel free to email us by clicking "Contact Us" in Sorted³'s Settings (Apple Mail app required). Thank you for your love and support of Sorted³!——Sherman

This is absolutely great, but could almost be better

I just had one thing that bugged me from getting the pro version. I loved this app and used the schedule list most of the time. I think what is missing is the ability to put in section dividers like (urgent in a horizontal bar, with assigned colours). But other than that it has been one of the best to do list app. Looking forward to future upgrades
