I love how easy it is to listen to music, podcasts, and audiobooks all in one app. The premium features are definitely worth it and not expensive, they even have student plan which costs at cheaper price which provides a huge benefits for students - switching between my phone, tablet, and speakers is completely seamless, and downloading song for offline listening works flawlessly, especially if there’s no internet connectivity or use during travel. Sound quality is excellent, the bass and EQ can be adjusted based on your preference. Perfect for those who likes listening to music. Highly recommended!

Before the latest update I can download the songs that I only LIKED in the album into my library, but now it still gave me all the songs in the album even tho I DIDN’T like it. What’s up with that, I want to download the songs that I LIKED not the whole album. Even if I like one song in the album, it still gave me all the songs that I don’t want in the album in my library, it pisses me off cause I want to listen to the songs that I ONLY like in the album. Now I have to create a playlist for it, cause I can’t play the songs that I like in the album without getting interrupted by the songs that I don’t want or didn’t downloaded. If I tap download it will download the whole album and I can’t delete the songs that I don’t want, even if I remove it from my library it’s still there in my library with the songs that I LIKED. You should change that ASAP cause it’s bugging me so much, plus you should add a feature that you can download individual songs that you LIKED not the whole album cause I don’t want that and fix the whole thing that I want the songs that I LIKED into my library not the whole album into my library.

I’ve been having problem with my shuffle button for months. My shuffle button only works partially when I’m on free plan ( only the smart shuffle works for certain playlists) but when I join back premium it does NOT WORK AT ALL. What up with that, I pay monthly just to not get the features I’m promised and horrible customer support. I’ve given up because all the advisors and not helpful at all. Every single one of them I’ve explained and they keep telling my to do the same steps I’ve done at least 50 times at this points. I’ve gone through at least 20 advisors. Today suddenly I’m off premium amd my shuffle button works partially and an advisor confirmed my shuffle will fully function if I join back premium. I do that and report to them and while they were checking I asked if they were done and they said “NO!”. I pay for this app and get horrible service. Not only that, the songs that play after a plays list is finished are famous reoccurring songs, never are there new different songs. What up with that, for the number 1 app I thought it would at least show different songs every now and then.

At this point Im not even litsening to music anymore. The ads are way too much. I could basically recite the ad word by word just by hearing 1 second of it. Its dissapointing to see what the app has become. I cant listen to songs peacefully for more than 1 song because why the hell would there be an ad in less than 1 song??? From what I remember there would only be an ad every 30 minutes or so which Im not sure is true and even that is still unbearable so imagine an ad after every single song you litsen to. I’ve been loyal to this app even somehow was able to use a premium feature that Im not gonna glaze cause it should be a basic free feature. The ads after every few songs was a lot but the song picture being replaced by an ad that you would have to click off to remove it is a crime bro. How money hungry can you get. The ads would not even make me want to listen,buy or watch the stuff that is being promoted on the contrary it would make me hate and avoid it even more. Please keep the ads to a minimum so that users that are unable to spend money to listen to just music are at least able to enjoy using the app peacefully. Im finna tweak out
