Scam
The monthly charge is 19 dollars and yearly is 96 dollars no problem or anything right. Guess what I got my card credited another 19 dollars the following month without getting and info early on .(I didn’t pick yearly subscription I took one month subscription for my final exam).Now they won’t refund me even after I emailed support team right after receiving the invoice asap.
Scammmm!
It doesnt allow me to unsubscribe..instead it forced me to pause my subscription. Total scam!!
THE APP DOES NOT WORK
Not sure if it’s just for me but when I first downloaded it I went and put in a YouTube link and it worked perfectly and everything was great, then I tried to use another feature which instead of YouTube you put in one of your files and it just crashed the app, like after I did that it did not generate any notes and just made everything like not work. So the i thought ok maybe my file was too big, so once I re-download it I put in the same YouTube link I did at the start and it crashed again. Nothin I do can stop it from crashing. It’s so annoying
